People have different views about the better raising way for children between competing with others or cooperating with them. While competition can makes things effective and participants can be more motivated at some circumstances, I do believe that cooperation takes a more vital position when cultivating children.

There are several reasons why having a competition with other children is not so ideally. Firstly, kids who always wants to win will became more aggressive, and even odd at some extremely situations. They cannot have a good relationship with most of people, for example, true friends usually can’t happen in their life due to they will take them as a competitors as well at sometimes even though they are not mean to. Secondly, it’s about the metal health of themselves. Most of them can’t find the inner peace when overwhelmed by the atmosphere of competing. They are at the way of chasing winners all the time without asking what’s the meaning of chasing. When they lost, they will be more frustrated, and jealous than those who is not a fan of competition. Thirdly, those people also can’t go further at their career by working alone with all information closed when they grow up.

By contrast, cooperating with others have much more advantages at these circumstances. At first, people who do teamworks will have a fantastic connections with others by sharing ideas and untangling problems together, and these kind of happiness are the ones which can’t be tasted when processing questions alone. Thus, a friendly heart with 37 degree celsius can be more positive and health which will accompany them for the long life after. Meanwhile, the sense of valuable will makes them have more confidence by contributing their shares in a team than doing it alone. In addition, good personalities and skills will be cultivated in working with others like caring, responsible, collaborating and all these will offer them a better job in the future.

In conclusion, a more healthier and talented adults will be presented when having collaboration with others when trained in the child stage rather than competing.
