However, it is not uncommon to see a phenomenon that a family is seperated in an extensive boundary. Grandparents are living at countryside, cousins are residing in opposite corner of our owe city and uncles and aunts are inhabiting in other countries. Such a tendancy has made close connection in family fade away.

     

    The physical distance has let extended family increasingly unimportant now. This kind of distance is positive relating with loose communication and takes credit for less importance. For one thing, modern transportation tools reform concept of distance. High-speed train and modern air plane shorten the distance from unlimited in the past to just a few hours nowadays. On account of  these convenient traffic instruments, extended family members travel outside easily and enlarged physical distance, diminishing family relationship.
