Which one of the reasons is most important in helping students to succeed in study in colleges and universities?
A.having access to the university tutors who can provide individual instruction for the students who have difficulty in study.

B.having the help and encouragement from family and friends.

C.having a quality education in high-school who can help the students before the university.

Education, the foundation of a student’s growth, has been valued and even triggers an intense debate over a lot of parents and schools, in some people’s views, quality high-school education or encouragement from family could be conducive to the success of student’s study. Contrary to these people’s opinion is my perspective that having access to individual instruction from tutors is the key to success, due to the contributions to both the student’s academy and personal development.

What must be prioritized is that having individual construction from university teachers, rather than a quality education in high school, is more beneficial to students’ learning, by allowing them to acquire more knowledge and triggering their interest. To begin with, instructed by experienced tutors in the university, students can attain a variety of knowledge. In detail, a university teacher usually has a firm basis and a better understanding of knowledge, so taught by them, it’s easier for students to obtain accurate and practical knowledge. In contrast, the knowledge, conveyed by high school teachers, are always crammed and unpractical in college. Moreover, individual instruction can stimulate teenagers’ passion and interest. To explain it further, one-to-one teaching, not only can students consolidate a wealth of knowledge, but also they can find their preferable fields, which enables them to make the right choice during the university study; however, students’ range of knowledge could be restricted and limited if they only absorb those monotonous high-school knowledge.

What should be equally worth discussing is that receiving instructions from university tutors, compared with getting encouraged by family or friends, is good for juveniles’ personal development in the future, by improving their interpersonal skills and cultivating their perseverance. It is the university tutors who are familiar with student’s life and study, allowing them to assimilate into students’ groups more easily. To be specific, only by communicating with these experienced people can students acquire a better understanding of college life, and learn how to get along with various people in university; on the other hand, parent’s opinions are not seeming so useful and practicable, since they relatively lack information about university life. In addition, while accepting education in a man-to-man way, students are able to foster their perseverance, since the tutor is the only person, supervising them and giving them guidance if necessary. Specifically, the more adolescents being confronted with problems by themselves, the more they learn how to persist and strive to their goals. On the contrary, with support and help given by their surrounding friends or classmates, under no circumstance can students learn how to tackle difficult jobs on their own.

To conclude, individual instructions, provided by university tutors, are the best way to help students succeed in colleges.
