In my opinion, I support that workers are more satisfied when they have many different things to do during the workday.

As the competition in life has increased a lot. Many people try their best to do a lot of things to improve their capability . There are some benefits to people who can do many different tasks. According to the process of doing various works, they can learn more and get several skills which will help them to survive during the tough time. For example, with the progress of society, the fields are changing. Thinking about yourself as a worker, what will you do when your company has trouble? What can you do if your employer decides to fire some people because of financial pressure?

The best thing for you to maintain your job and earn more money is, do many things at the same time. As you have a lot of skills associate to this field of work, you will be better than others. Therefore, you will not lose your job in such situation. Besides, doing many different things during the workday, you can learn more knowledge and may have the opportunity to get a better job.

Thus, based on doing many different tasks during the workday, workers are able to improve their ability and get a better choice even in a bad condition. The most important thing is that they will be always enthusiasm to their works and never feel bored.

There are still some people think that workers who do similar tasks all day are more satisfied. They may argue that do same things all day is easier than do many different things. And based on the easier things, they will feel more satisfied and more happiness. But it is obvious that everyone in modern society needs to try their best to adapt the pace of the development. Learn more, they will get more, then be more satisfied.

Consequently, I believe that workers who do various types of tasks are more satisfied compared to those who just do similar works during workday.
