Today, many people find it necessary to make a situation better. Some people think that getting used to a poor situation leads to more benefits, while others consider improving these situations a more attractive choice. I tend to agree with such argument.

One benefit of a bad situation is increased employment because taking measures requires more working skills. These are vital skills that, once learned, can be used for an entire lifetime. Another benefit is that one never falls into a routine, which means that people are open-minded if they make changes. People who continue the status quo might do nothing but talk. Furthermore, we could have high life satisfaction if we improved bad situations. Rejecting to improving the situation is almost impossible for employees to feel motivated when taking an unsatisfying job, and a money shortage makes it difficult to afford a high cost of living.

However, let us not forget advantages of striving to make changes. One advantage is that people who accept the present situation can protect life security. In general, changing means getting out of the comfort zone and entering the pressure zone to transcend and surpass themselves. Staying in the current situation means that these problems can be avoided. Another benefit is having more time to keep a family company, which strengthens the family tie. By contrast, those who often focus on changing may be absent from the family.

In my opinion, it is necessary to make some struggles to promote status to make a better future, while the current situation is comfortable enough.

One of the main benefits of making improvements to a bad situation is increased employment. Taking measures to change poor situations requires more working skills, such as computer skills and social skills. These are vital skills that, once learned, can be used for an entire lifetime. Another benefit is that one never falls into a routine, which means that the people who make changes are open-minded. People who continue the status quo might do nothing but talk. Furthermore, we could have high life satisfaction and lead a happier life if we improve bad situations. It is almost impossible for employees to feel motivated when taking an unsatisfying job, and a money shortage makes it difficult to afford the high cost of living.

However, there are also advantages of striving to make changes. One advantage is that they can protect life security by accepting the present situation. In general, changing means that one has to get out of the comfort zone and enter the pressure zone, namely to transcend and surpass themselves. Staying in the current situation means that these challenges can be avoided. Another benefit is having more time to keep family company, which strengthens the family tie. The family may also reward their affection. By contrast, those who often focus too much on changing may be absent from family.

In my opinion, it is necessary to make some struggles to promote status to make a better future, while the current situation is comfortable to stay in.
