    Rewriting

Different people have different opinions on  satisfaction they can get from work. Some thimk they can get more satisfation from workdays with types of taks, while the others are satisfied with doing similar tasks. In my opinion, I hold the view that advantanges of latter outweigh its disadavanrtages.

Adimittedly, working on a variety of tasks brings more challenges and improvements. On the contrary, the negative consequences reult from it should be taking into account.

First of all, finishing different works requires people to stay focused throughout the day, which helps them handle various tasks at the same time. However, people become tired easily, facing the overwhelming pressure. Therefore, they are more likely to make mistakes at work and have bad performance. What’ worese, the tasks varies everyday, which means people have to get the hang of various skills to meets the need of certain tasks. Few people can stay enthusiastic and positive under this circumstance, that is to say, they don’t attain as much content as they would expect.

Meanwhile, similar tasks do not necessarily meant that contexts are repitive. It could be a kind of job with different contents. For example, programmer are typing codes everyday, but they are supposed to come up with different ideas basing on the projects. They need to revise their codes for many times since a small mistake cam lead to big differences in the end. Programmers achieve great happiness when they finish the project. That’s how projects such as google come into being.

From what have been discussed, workers gain more satisfation from repetitive doing similar tasks.
