Countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world.

Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Countries around the world might vary when it comes to the issues of politics and economy, but globalization has had a predominant effect on our daily life, especially the same products found anywhere all over the world. Some people refuse to embrace the trend, while others regard it as a positive development for both individuals and our society.

One of the main advantages of being similar for most countries is that citizens have easier access to commodities produced from other regions. If there is no invisible links between people from different areas, it would be less likely to buy foreign brand-new clothes or food. Via importing and exporting products worldwide, people can also embrace the impenetrable mysteries of a new culture without traveling abroad. Thus, globalization would not subject anyone to intense trade limits in the pursuit of similar goods.

With regard to the social benefits, I would suggest that there is some substance to this. By eradicating the difference of various goods worldwide, we can erase a potential cultural gap among most countries. For example, products such as mobile phones and televisions are sharing the brands and equipment on every area of our planet. similar products, from cutting-edge innovation to daily necessities, play a pivotal role in globalization process, thus benefiting our society as a whole.

In general, my overarching position is that it would be beneficial for countries to be more similar. In a global nexus, it is vital more than it ever been for all global citizens to support this trend.
