It is very significant to have your own home, which is better than renting other people’s home. I stick to the opinion that this kind of phenomenon is a good thing.

Why is that the case? You might wonder. No one can deny that being an owner of your home is a determinant for people, because it can give people a sense of security. Moreover, in some countries, house can be a symbol of social status. For example, it is hard for a man to get married with a woman in China if he does not have a house.

Granted, some people may believe that owning a home is bad considering that people have to save money to buy a house. The circumstance will render citizens stressful, especially when the price of house is very high in some countries. That said, I hold a firm belief that the condition is reasonable.

First and foremost, it is obvious that home is more than a place to live. It is a place which can give us a sense of belonging. For instance, almost everyone are happy to decorate their home, which is a precious experience. Provided that we rent others house, the homeowner will have some restrictive requirements on us, with the result that we cannot decorate it at will and we lose a happy experience.

Another consideration is that we need a stable circumstance to develop ourselves. Being the owner of a house can step up the stability of our lives, without which we may be tired to look for a place to rent. It goes without saying that a successful future is wedded to a stable circumstance. Thus, private property acts as a catalyst for success.

In conclusion, we should adapt to the value that buying a house is very important.
