The table compares the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year both before and after its refurnishment. The charts, on the other hand, illustrate the survey results of visitors’ satisfaction during the same durations.

The number of visitors increased by 18,000 compared to the year before. Both groups who were satisfied with and very satisfied with the museum before accounted for 45%. On contrary, this figure reached 75% after refurbishment and the group of satisfied travelers peaked in the later year.

The proportion of visitors who were discontented with the museum, which ranked first the year before, experienced a dramatic drop from 40% to 15%. Also, those who were very dissatisfied with it made up only 5% afterward compared to 10% before. What’s more, about 5% visitors didn’t respond to these surveys during the period.

Overall, considering the booming visitors and the growing satisfaction, the refurbishment is a great success.
