The line graph describes the proportion of tourists visiting a specific Caribbean island over a period of seven years.

It is clear that the total number of people who visited the island keeps rising from 2010 to 2017 except in 2016. Besides, there were more visitors choosing to spend their time on the island instead of cruise ships between 2010 and 2015. More people tended to stay on cruise ships in 2016 and 2017.

It is obvious that there were approximately 3.5 million visitors who visited the particular Caribbean island totally in 2017, which was more than triple of the number in 2010 (1 million). Almost 1.5 million tourists preferred to spend more time on cruise ships in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017, which was the highest number over the period of seven years.

Furthermore, the proportion of visitors choosing to stay on island kept rise up stably except in 2012, which was about 0.25 million. And the number arrived to a peak at 2 million in 2017. In 2015, there were 1.5 million and about 1.25 million tourists staying on island and cruise ships, respectively. Then, the number above reversed just after one year.
