During the past decades, the advancement of information technology has significantly facilitated the development of telecommunication. As such, distance-learning has become readily accessible to learners in many parts of the world. However, in my view, face-to-face education still dominates and also brings better results in most cases.

First, it is evident that students could be supervised easily if they study at schools. The essence of humanity is laziness. When people choose to study online, they always need more motivation and self-control to push themselves. If not, they are likely to be vulnerable to something interesting, such as social software, computer game and so on. No one could study effectively if these gadgets attract them.

Moreover, people cannot be good with some practical skills by network. For example, in guitar training field, students have to know how to hold it and where to put their hand on clearly. It is difficult and almost impossible for students to get all details over a small camera. Even they do that, they probably copy the wrong behaviors and teachers hardly correct them especially in a big class rather one on one.

This is not to say that we should give up learning online. Of course, some theoretical courses will be efficient if we choose a suitable teacher. And online lessons can always save our time in commuting. But still, having a class in college is better for most students who want to score higher.

In sum, attending college can guarantee higher learning efficiency and outcomes. Meanwhile, we should not ignore the convenience of online lessons. Only by combining these two ways with the actual situation can students maintain dynamic development.

Nowadays, more and more people agree that children should realize how to distinguish right and wrong, and discipline is beneficial to them. I believe that punishment is very effective way as long as we could control the intensity.

Children always feel unhappy when they get punishment, and I claim feeling play a vital role in how to distinguish right and wrong. Parents punish their children when they make a mistake. Discipline makes children unpleasant, so they will not do the same things. Everyone hopes that they could live in enjoyable and comfortable life. In the way, children know that they have done are wrong.

Sometimes punishment is harmful to children if we ignore the severity of that. Some parents always think that they could hit their children at will, but they do not know that this behavior will cause damage to both body and mentality. No one ensures that this behavior will not lead to permanent lesion. Hence, I wish that all the parents could treat their children friendly.

There are many suitable ways to punish children rather than damage them. For parents, I think reducing the pocket money and the computer game playtime would be good ways. For teachers, assigning more homework also be a good means if the homework is possibly finished. These behaviors can make them unhappy rather than harmful. To some extent, they are beneficial to children even could let them focus on their study.

To sum up, if we could consider the intensity, sentence is also a good method to help children learn the distinction.
